Experience as a Direct Support Professional (DSP), caregiver, or human services professional is a plus, but not required — we provide all training Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED Valid driver's license and ability to become an approved company driver Ability to pass a national background check Compassionate communicator with strong patience, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist individuals with mobility needs Dependable, respectful, and committed to person-centered support Why You'll Love Working at
