Job Description
Pay:
Starting at $21.50 per hour. Applicants with prior DSP or related experience will be offered higher starting pay, based on qualifications. Why MPS? Want to Make a Difference? What You'll Do as a DSP As a Direct Support Professional, you'll help adults with IDD live fulfilling, self-directed lives in their homes and communities.You will:
- Provide respectful, person-centered support
- Promote health, safety, and emotional well-being
- Support daily living, personal care, and medication routines
- Assist with volunteer work, community integration, and recreation
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow individualized support plans
