High School Diploma or GED We are currently seeking dependable and compassionate Direct Support Professionals to assist adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) within residential group home settings throughout the Beaver County area. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing quality care and meaningful support to others.
Compensation:
Monday-Friday:
$17.00•18.00/hour based on shift and experience
Saturday & Sunday:
$19.00•21/hour
Limited-Time Incentive:
Receive an incentive bonus after successfully completing 80 hours
Available Schedules:
Day Shift:
6:00 AM•3:00 PM ( Sunday, Tuesday, Friday, Sat)
Afternoon Shift:
2 PM•10:59 PM (Monday to Friday)
Overnight Shift:
11 PM•7:30 AM (Sunday, Monday, Friday, Sat)
Overnight Shift:
11 PM•7:00 AM (Friday, Sat)
Overnight Shift:
11 PM•7:00 AM (Weekends)
Weekend Double Shift:
7:00 AM•11:00 PM (Saturday & Sunday)
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license required High school diploma or GED At least one year of caregiving or direct support experience preferred Must be able to pass required background clearances Ability to complete online IDD training requirements
Job Responsibilities:
As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide daily support to individuals with IDD by assisting with: Personal care and hygiene Meal preparation and feeding assistance Light housekeeping and laundry Community and daily living support Safe physical assistance, including lifting up to 50 pounds when necessary
