Direct Support Professional (DSP)

POSITION OVERVIEW

Are you a compassionate and reliable individual who wants to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others? We're seeking dedicated Live-In Direct Support Professionals to provide hands-on care and companionship to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support individuals with personal care routines such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation Administer medications as directed Provide transportation to medical appointments, community events, and social outings Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming home environment Maintain accurate documentation and track progress toward personal goals Promote independence, dignity, and inclusion in everyday life

QUALIFICATIONS

: Excellent communication skills and a nurturing demeanor Willingness to work flexible hours and reside on-site during scheduled shifts Prior experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities is a plus High school diploma or GED required Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle Must pass background checks and drug screening Familiarity with 6400 regulations is advantageous Successful completion of motor vehicle records and background check.
