MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Have TB test and Physical exam within the past 12 months Criminal background check DHS direct care worker certificate (we help you!) CPR and First Aid High School Diploma or GED Child Abuse Clearance (we help you!)

Job Responsibilities:

Assist with activities of daily living such as cooking meals, laundry, and cleaning. Maintain documentation of daily activities using an online system. Effectively communicate with other team members and/or family members. Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds. Many different shifts are available facility operates 24/7. #IND1
