$17/hour + Shift Differentials + $600

Bellefonte, PA or Howard, PA Schedule:

Part-Time, EveningsWeekends SchedulePay Starting pay: $17/hour Additional $1/hour shift differentials available ( differentials can stack !) Up to $600 sign-on/stay-on bonus Weekendevening shifts available Opportunities to pick up additional shifts Full-time positions also available Required Qualifications 18+ years of age High School Diploma or GED Valid driver's license TB test and physical Able to lift 50 poundsassist with physical supports such as lifting, bending, standing, etc. Preferred (not required): Experience working with intellectual and developmental disabilities and autism (IDD/A) Experience in direct care, caregiving, behavioral health, or healthcare What You'll Do Provide direct support in residential homes Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including cooking, hygiene, and routines Support individuals in building independencelife skills Provide community-based support, including transportation to activities and appointments Promote a safe, respectful, and person-centered care environment Build meaningful relationships while making a difference every day About the Role The Arc of Centre County is hiring Part-Time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and autism (IDD/A) in group homes.
