Available Shifts:

Saturday and Sunday 7:00am-3:00pm Friday and Saturday 11:00pm-7:00am Quality Living Home Care is hiring Resident Care Aides to work primarily in one senior living community. This role allows you to build relationships with residents while providing meaningful one-on-one care in a comfortable environment. What You'll Do Assist residents with ADLs and iADLs Provide companionship and conversation Walk the halls and check in on residents Respond to assistance requests Observe residents and report concerns Occasionally assist with transportation or errands (mileage reimbursed) Pay Structure $25/hour when providing direct care to a resident. This will be about 75% or more of your scheduled time. $10/hour base rate when walking the halls & monitoring the community.
