DSP (Direct Support Professional - 24/7)

Job Description:

A New Beginning Community Care LLC is seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) / Home Care Aides to provide 24/7 care for a client in Blakely, PA. This position requires staff who are committed to supporting individuals in a home setting while promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Schedule:

24/7 coverage needed Day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts available Flexible scheduling options

Responsibilities:

Provide personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting) Assist with meal preparation and feeding if necessary Support daily living activities and routines Medication reminders (as permitted) Provide companionship and emotional support Light housekeeping and maintaining a clean environment Document care and report any changes in condition Ensure the safety and well-being of the client at all times

Requirements:

• A resident of Pennsylvania for more than 2 years
• TB and Physical Test
