This role is ideal for someone who wants meaningful, relationship-driven work while helping others live independently and stay connected to their community. What You'll Do As a DSP in our residential program, you will: Assist with daily living skills (cooking, hygiene, routines) Encourage independence and personal goal achievement Build trusting, respectful relationships Promote a safe, healthy, and empowering environment Awake Overnights This is a fully awake overnight position. Staff are expected to remain alert and engaged throughout the shift. We have PT and FT openings.
