This role is ideal for someone who wants meaningful, relationship-driven work while helping others live independently and stay connected to their community. What You'll Do As a DSP in Community Programming, you will: Support individuals in their homes and community settings Assist with daily living skills (cooking, hygiene, routines) Encourage independence and personal goal achievement Help individuals participate in community activities and social engagement Build trusting, respectful relationships Promote a safe, healthy, and empowering environment Transportation & Driving Expectations This role may include transporting individuals in the community.

DSPs in our program:
