Job Description
Support Worker
The individual you will be supporting has complex clinical needs, including ventilation and PEG feeding.
However, beyond her medical requirements, she is a warm, vibrant person who enjoys cooking and baking and has a strong love for her pet dogs and birds.
You will play a vital role in supporting her to live a fulfilled and independent life, enabling her to take part in activities she enjoys and supporting her wellbeing both at home and in the community.
Experience and Skills of a
Must be comfortable with lone working.
A strong commitment to delivering person-centred care.
Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential — dedication, empathy, and the right attitude are what matter most.

What You'll Be Doing:
1:1Support:
Delivering high-quality, compassionate care tailored to her individual needs, including complex care such as gastrostomy management and non-invasive ventilation.Meaningful Activities:
Supporting her to enjoy her hobbies, including cooking, baking, and spending time with her pets, as well as accompanying her out in the community.Household Support:
Assisting with maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment that promotes independence.Building Relationships:
Developing a trusting and positive relationship through clear, confident communication in her preferred way.Experience and Skills of a
