School PCA - 2026 - 2027

Hourly Pay:

20/hr Maxim Healthcare is hiring for a School Health Aide to work with students who require instructional, environmental/classroom, and personal care support.

Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age or older High School Diploma or equivalent required Experience acting as a Home Health Aide, Certified Nursing Assistant preferred Ability to effectively elicit/provide information to and from appropriate individuals (including, but not limited to, supervisors, co-workers, clients) via strong communication skills preferred Computer proficiency preferred Successful completion of background screening and onboarding process required Successful completion of Maxim Orientation and Compliance training, and all other assigned trainings as applicable required Successful completion of Maxim's Competency Program required Proficiency in the English language required Current certificate as applicable per state and / or client requirement
