Job Description

WEEKEND PART-TIME POSITION NEEDED!
Would You Love to Make a Positive Impact on Someone's Life and Your Own? 29-year-old female, living in Gladwyne, looking for a creative and fun individual to assist her in the home and the community on the weekends.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct support and assistance to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities in the homes or community settings
  • Support individuals in developing social skills and participating in community activities
Skills:
  • Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
  • Knowledge of direct support techniques and best practices
  • Ability to provide compassionate care while promoting independence and self-determination
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Artistic, crafty, and love to bake are a Plus!
