Evening Shift Premium Program Rate:

The Personal Care Assistant (PCA ) assists residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing and toileting, to ensure good hygiene, grooming and self-esteem, serves meals or monitors eating/drinking, accompanies residents to various activities, assists with admission, discharges and transfers of residents to promote continuity of care. Requirements for the Personal Care Assistant (PCA) : Be a minimum of 18 years of age Have a high school diploma or GED or provide documentation that the GED for high school diploma will be received within 6 months of hire Be able to effectively interact with residents, resident families and team members and residents APPLY today ; make a difference every day!
