Job Description
THE RADIOLOGY PATIENT CARE ASSISTANT
(PCA) plays a crucial role in supporting the delivery of patient care within the imaging department. The Patient Care Assistant will work under the Radiologic Technologist's direction. The PCA may be assigned to work in a variety of imaging modalities. Vital roles include facilitating patient flow by coordinating work assignments, transporting patients from designated exam areas while ensuring comfort and safety, communicating effectively with patients, family members, and care providers, as well as assisting with room setup, cleaning, and disinfecting. The PCA will perform other duties as assigned to contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the department. •$3,000 SIGN-ON/RETENTION

QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent required CPR certification obtained within 3 months of start date required Health-related education or previous certifications preferred
