  • Part-time, Full-time We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide high-quality care and support within residential community homes.
Schedule Options include all shifts | Meaningful Work Every Day Tuesday-Saturday all shifts Sunday-Thursday all shifts If you're someone who enjoys helping others, staying active during your shift, and being part of something meaningful—this could be a great fit. As a Direct Support Professional , you'll support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a home setting—helping them live with independence, dignity, and routine. Assist with daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting) Administer medications (as trained) Prepare meals and support with household routines Transport residents to activities and appointments Monitor and report any changes in behavior or health Help create a safe, structured, and positive home environment Requirements Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License (REQUIRED) Updated Resume Physical and PPD Child Abuse Clearance Reliable, consistent attendance PA Crim In person CPR/FA Proof of education Ability to work independently and as part of a team A caring, patient, and dependable approach Experience in caregiving, DSP, healthcare, or residential settings Familiarity with medication administration or behavior support #
