Job Overview Join our compassionate team as a Home Health Aide & Caregiver, where your dedication will make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals needing support with daily activities and medical care. This role offers an energizing opportunity to provide personalized, respectful, and professional care in home and community settings. You will assist clients with their daily routines, monitor health status, and ensure their comfort and safety while fostering independence and dignity. Whether working with seniors, individuals with disabilities, or those recovering from illness, your efforts will promote well-being and enhance quality of life. Duties Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support using equipment like Hoyer lifts when necessary. Observe and document patient conditions accurately, including vital signs, medication adherence, and behavioral changes, utilizing Electronic Health Record (EHR) or Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems. Support clients with specialized care needs including Alzheimer's care, dementia management, memory care, hospice support, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities or disabilities. Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding to meet dietary requirements while maintaining safety standards. Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe environment to promote overall health and comfort. Use medical terminology appropriately when documenting patient records or communicating with healthcare teams. Home Health Aide (HHA) / Caregiver - Immediate Opening We are currently seeking two compassionate, dependable, and professional Home Health Aides/Caregivers to provide in-home support for adult clients in the East York, PA area . Job Details Temporary Full-Time Assignment 42 Hours Per Week Guaranteed Consistent Schedule Day Shift (11:00 AM - 5:00 PM) Potential for Additional Assignments Upon Completion Schedule Section Monday through Sunday 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM 42 hours per week Consistent weekly hours Responsibilities Personal care assistance Meal preparation and cooking Light housekeeping Companionship and emotional support Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment Qualifications Experience providing personal care preferred Comfortable assisting individuals with mobility limitations and wheelchair use Reliable, compassionate, and patient Strong communication and interpersonal skills Dependable transportation preferred Ability to work independently while following care plans What We Offer Consistent schedule and hours Supportive team environment Opportunity to make a meaningful difference in clients' lives Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
