4 weeks required (typically 7:00 AM-4:00 PM ) before PRN/on-call scheduling begins About the Role We're hiring Direct Service Professionals (DSP)•Expert to support individuals with developmental disabilities in a 24-hour residential care setting . This is a PRN/on-call role—shifts become available via a one-call system , and staff can call in to accept open shifts. What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities) Support daily living services including self-care, socialization, and health maintenance based on each individual's IHP/ISP (Individual Habilitation/Support Plan) Help implement training plans and supplemental procedures to support active treatment goals Document services and progress in unit records and report updates to the interdisciplinary team (IDT) Participate as an IDT member—communicate individual strengths, needs, and progress Maintain individual privacy, dignity, and rights; act as a role-model employee following policies/procedures Provide choice-based support while balancing safety and opportunities for growth Assist with unit operations and other related duties as assigned Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of paid experience providing direct care + habilitative services to individuals with developmental disabilities Successful completion of the Client Aide Trainee Program Current BLS/CPR certification Ability to work on-site in a 24-hour care facility environment Interested?
