Duties Assist the Production Manager in assigning work and setting up work stations. Instruct and monitor clients during production process. Support behavioral health and behavior management strategies to foster positive behaviors and emotional well-being. Provide transportation to community activities and outings using an agency vehicle. Collect data on progress and behaviors for documentation purposes, supporting care planning and reporting requirements. Experience Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism in home or community settings is preferred. Strong understanding of special education principles and behavioral health practices. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with individuals of diverse abilities and backgrounds. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for safe transportation duties.
