Full Job Description Now Hiring:
Personal Care Assistants / Caregivers- Pittsburgh Area Ita's Home Care Agency is currently seeking reliable, compassionate Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), Personal Aides, and Caregivers to join our growing team.
Service Areas:
Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, and Westmoreland countiesSign-On Bonus:
Eligible candidates may receive a $300 sign-on bonus Schedule Requirements We are currently looking for caregivers who are available to work Monday through Sunday for the following shifts: 9:00 AM- 1:00 PM 5:00 PM
- 9:00 PM 9:00 AM
- 8:00 PM ( Flexibility to cover one or more of these shifts is preferred.
Key Responsibilities Personal Care Services:
Assist with bathing (tub, shower, or bed) Oral hygiene and grooming Hair and basic nail care Skin care and lotion application Positioning and turning as needed Incontinence care Assistance with eating, dressing, walking, and toileting Medication reminders (self-administered)Homemaking Duties:
Meal planning and preparation (including special diets) Feeding assistance Linen changes Laundry (client only) Light housekeeping (kitchen, dishes, dusting, vacuuming in client-used areas) Grocery shopping and supply tracking Qualifications Ability to speak, read, and write English Two verifiable references Physical exam & 2-step TB test Must pass: Criminal background check Child abuse clearance Dependable, compassionate, and committed to helping others Benefits & Perks Competitive pay Direct deposit Referral program Flexible scheduling Live-in opportunities available Weekend shifts availablePay:
