• Harleysville, PA Peaceful Living is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

DSPs provide much needed assistance and care to help others live their lives to the fullest. DSPs are there to support and assist with life skills, activities of daily living, community participation, transportation, and personal care. Peaceful Living is looking for kind, compassionate, and reliable people to join the team for this rewarding and fulfilling role.

Day Program Location/Hours :

Harleysville, Monday-Friday 8am-3:30pm, Full-time and Part-Time positions available

Residential Home Locations/Hours :

Harleysville, Telford, Lansdale 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am shifts available Full-time, part-time, weekend availability is a must. Overtime available if desired. Compensation and Benefits for Full-time employees: $18.10 to $19.85 based on years of DSP experience, $.50 cent shift differential for hours worked between 3pm and 7am in Residential Services Generous paid time off Up to $3,000 in tuition assistance (after meeting employment requirements) Opportunities for overtime available Career advancement opportunities Medical, vision, and dental insurance Retirement plan Employee referral bonus

Requirements:
