Monday through Friday 8:30am to 3:30pm and Sundays 11am to 3:00pm

TraditionalHomeHealthCare.com Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to the following: Performs personal care/ household duties (e.g. dressing, toileting, feeding, light housekeeping, hygeine, apllication and removal of splints etc.) in home/school setting Maintain a clean and safe environment Provide emotional/behavioral support Follows plan of care Ability to interact as a member of a multidisciplinary team Reports any changes in the patient condition to agency/nurse case manager Safety and Supervision Why Work at Traditional?
