  • 7:00 AM We are currently seeking compassionate, dependable, and hardworking Personal Care Assistants to join our team.
A Personal Care Assistant plays an important role in supporting individuals with challenges in their daily lives. This position is ideal for someone who is caring, patient, respectful, and committed to making a positive difference each day. Position Summary The Personal Care Assistant provides direct support to residents with activities of daily living while helping maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment. The right candidate will be professional, attentive, and able to provide emotional and physical support with dignity and compassion. Responsibilities Ensure residents receive medications as directed and on time ( If certified as a MED-Aide ) Assist residents who are unable to move independently Help residents with dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting, and meals Support residents with mobility and physical activity as directed Assist with meal times for dietary needs or restrictions Help maintain a clean and safe environment Provide companionship and emotional support to residents Observe and report unusual changes, concerns, or incidents to supervisors Respond quickly and responsibly in emergency situations Promote residents' comfort, dignity, and independence at all times Qualifications Compassionate, patient, and dependable Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Willingness to assist with personal care and daily support needs Experience caring for the elderly, sick, or disabled is preferred Must be reliable and maintain a professional attitude High school diploma or GED required Must provide two valid forms of identification Direct Care Staff/Adult Residential training Certificate
