DSP - Direct Support Professional

Description:

We are seeking compassionate and dependable In-Home and Community Support Workers to provide essential care and assistance to adults with disabilities. In this role, you will support individuals in maintaining independence and enhancing their quality of life by assisting with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, and household tasks. You will also help individuals engage in meaningful community experiences by accompanying them to appointments, social events, and recreational activities. Ideal candidates are patient, reliable, and committed to person-centered care. You will play a vital role in promoting dignity, choice, and inclusion while building positive relationships with those you support. Previous experience is helpful but not required, we value a caring attitude and willingness to learn. Requirements:
