Job Requirements:

Potential candidate must have prior experience with Intellectual Disabilities, Autism, and other behavior/mood disorders . Must be able to understand the requirements of a consumer's individual service plan (ISP) and address those needs on a daily basis. Must be able to properly complete daily progress notes and incident reports as required by the state of PA. Must also be proficient in the basic aspects of personal care. We are looking for candidates who are mature in their outlook on life, have a healthy sense of self-esteem, and who possess a high degree of empathy for those suffering from IDD, Autism, and other disorders. Must be legally able to work in the United States, valid driver's license and insured and reliable automobile, Must be able to pass criminal background checks. Must be available to work weekends.
