Position Overview We are seeking compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team. DSPs provide direct care and support to individuals receiving services, assisting them in developing life skills, maintaining independence, and participating fully in their community. Key Responsibilities Provide respectful, person-centered support to individuals receiving services Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal care, and household tasks Support individuals in participating in community activities and social engagement Implement and follow Individual Support Plans (ISP) Maintain accurate documentation and daily notes Ensure the safety, dignity, and well-being of all individuals served Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass background checks and clearances Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassion, patience, and a positive attitude Previous experience in human services is a plus, but not required — we provide training Benefits Competitive pay Paid training Flexible scheduling Opportunities for advancement Supportive team environment Meaningful work making a difference in people's lives Why Join Our Team? $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
