Caregiver / Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Do meaningful work in your community. Work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion and mentor for adult individuals with intellectual or developmental disability to help them reach their full potential. No experience needed, BAYADA provides Direct Support Professional training through our Apprentice Program!

All clients are adults:

18 years of age and older. DSPs:

Pay:

$17.50-$18/hr., dependent on experience. Apprentice rate starts at $17.50/hr.
