Job Description

Compensation $16.00 - $19.00/hour , based on experience What You'll Do As a Resident Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our Residents feel safe, supported, and valued.
Responsibilities include:
Responding promptly to call bells and intercom systems to meet resident needs Assisting Residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Supporting mobility by transporting Residents or assisting with walking Recording vital signs and care information in PointClickCare (PCC) Administering, reordering, and monitoring medication as needed Collecting specimens as directed by nursing staff Assisting with scheduling appointments and coordinating transportation Maintaining cleanliness in Resident rooms and shared spaces while following infection control standards Communicating effectively during shift changes to ensure continuity of care Observing and reporting any changes in Resident condition, including skin, medical, or behavioral concerns Engaging Residents in Therapeutic Engagement opportunities , including Linked Senior Supporting and mentoring new Nursing Assistants and Resident Care Assistants What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED Care experience is preferred! Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping others
Schedule & Hours Part-Time:
8-24 hours/week
Full-Time:
