Company Overview Acadia NeuroRehab, a division of Success Rehabilitation, is dedicated to providing community-integrated rehabilitation services to individuals with brain injuries. Our residential and clinical programs are located in a supportive environment designed to foster recovery and independence. Job Summary Are you looking for a high-impact role with a consistent weekend schedule? Success Rehabilitation, Inc. is seeking "Weekend Warriors" to join our team. In this role, you will be directly responsible for assisting our clients in all aspects of daily living, serving as an advocate, and helping them develop essential social and life skills. Responsibilities Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including grooming, meal preparation, and hygiene. Provide safe transportation for clients to medical appointments, shopping, and leisure activities. Implement clinical outcome data and behavioral plans as specified by the team. Assist with medication administration following successful completion of training. Ensure client safety by following all company policies, including emergency procedures and infection control. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of six months of experience working with special populations (CNA, human supports, or equivalent caregiving experience). Valid Driver's License. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Position Details Flat rate of $23.00/hour (no shift differentials). This position does not include benefits or PTO. Hours are strictly capped at 28 per week; additional shifts cannot be picked up.
