Urgently Hiring Direct Support Professional Responsibilities:

Providing direct care and supervision for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities to increase their independence in their home and community Providing support with medical and specialist appointments and ensuring accurate documentation of each appointment Providing support with daily activities including but not limited to hygiene, volunteer, or leisure actives Completing all required documentation Participating in meetings with individual support plan team to create inclusive and person-centered services Participating in initial and on-going staff training and development activities

Direct Support Professional Qualifications:
