Job Description

Are you a hard-working, personable, and highly compassionate Direct Support Professional or other caregiver who loves the field and the individuals you work with, but is tired of not being paid what you're worth or feeling like a valued and appreciated team member? Brighter Days is for you! Position involves working with one individual in Ephrata and one in Lancaster.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday from 10am to 2pm Our mission is to provide superior services to a diverse community of individuals with intellectual disabilities in every facet of their everyday lives.
