Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life. Monitor and report changes in clients' health status to the healthcare team. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. Document care provided and communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals. Follow care plans developed by healthcare professionals to ensure client needs are met. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Home Health Aide preferred. Previous experience in home health care or a related field is a plus. Current CPR and First Aid certification. Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
