Job Description

Job Overview Seeking a motivated and outgoing Support Specialist to work with an individual located in the Media, PA area. In this role, you will support the individual in working toward their outcome goals by providing person-centered supports, tailored to the individual's direct support needs. This position will be part-time, to be scheduled ~15 hours per week, and requires the following availability:
  • Every Tuesday from 10:00am
  • 12:30pm
  • Every Wednesday from 9:00am
  • 12:30pm
  • Every Thursday from 8:00am
  • 8:00pm Please be advised that this position is expected to start the week of August 23rd, 2026.
