This role is centered on partnership, respect, and supporting a self-directed, meaningful everyday life.

Support may include:

Assisting with activities of daily living Supporting participation in preferred community activities Helping care for his cat Supporting home life, including laundry, light cleaning, shopping, and meal preparation The ideal supporter is able to move at an efficient pace while helping organize the day and supporting activities that matter most to him. We hiring for a part-time position: Tuesday and Friday 11pm -7am (OVERNIGHT) We are looking for a Direct Support Professional with the following characteristics: Energetic, dependable, and patient Comfortable being social and out in the community Able to take initiative while following the person's lead Committed to supporting safety, choice, and dignity We know there is no such thing as a "perfect" candidate.
