Home Care Aide English Mount Pocono, PA 18344 Job Description Help at Home is hiring Home Care Aides in Pennsylvania. In this role, you will provide one-on-one support to clients in their homes and assist with transportation to appointments, errands, and other activities. This position requires a valid driver's license, active auto insurance in your name, and access to a safe and reliable vehicle. Pay starts at $13 per hour . Part-time and flexible scheduling opportunities are available. Available shifts may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, and overnights based on client needs. Help at Home provides training for qualified candidates. Caregivers must comply with applicable state background-screening requirements. Compensation, benefits, paid time off, and bonuses vary by state and location, so please ask for complete details during your interview. •$1,000 sign-on bonus is available to eligible applicants. The bonus is paid in two installments: $500 after the caregiver has worked 500 hours from the start date and another $500 after the caregiver has worked 1,000 hours from the start date. The caregiver must be active at the time of each bonus payout and maintain at least an 85% electronic visit verification rate to receive the sign-on bonus. Additional eligibility requirements apply.
