Job Description
Join a mission driven team in Northeast Pennsylvania and help adults with disabilities live their best lives! At Functional Connections, we believe in supporting our team as much as the clients we support. Looking to hire 1 more DSP immediately!

- serving clients from Pittston to Hunlock Creek. What you'll do:
- support Individuals with daily living (meals, hygiene, household tasks)
- community outings
- recreation, clubs, gym, shopping, social events
- implement positive behavior supports and document progress
- work alongside a small, supportive team to promote independence and dignity What we are looking for:
REQUIRED
HSD/GED, must be 18+, valid driver's license and reliable transportation, clean background checks and driving record (we pay for them!)PREFERRED
Experience in caregiving or direct support services is nice, but we will train you!HOURS:
All shifts are between 8am-5:30pm, Monday through Friday. No evenings or weekends. Typical work is 5-7 hours per day, depending on your availability. Why Us?
