As a Direct Support Professional with J-30 SOLUTIONS, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following: Provide caregiver services to the individual in accordance with the care plan:

Personal Care:

bathing, eating, dressing, hygiene, transferring/positioning

Household Care:

cleaning, laundry, meal prep

Companionship:

conversation, reminders, interactive hobbies Ensure the quality and safe delivery of individual services that align with J-30 SOLUTIONS, federal and state policies procedures as well as the Occupational Safety and Health Administration and CDC recommendations. Qualifications to be a Caregiver are: Evidence of Tuberculosis screening that meets CDC guidelines. Must have a reliable form of transportation.
