He is active, enjoys music, and loves going on daily walks. We are seeking a long-term support person to help him maintain independence and engage in his community.
The Role:
Support:
Providing one-on-one companionship, supporting daily routines, and ensuring safety in the home and community.Community :
Accompanying him on outings, including playing basketball, errands, Dave and Busters, and the Mall.Independence :
Assisting with meal prep, personal hygiene, and light housekeeping.Consistency:
Following established daily structures and communication strategies.What We Are Looking For:
- Experience working with adults with autism (preferred).
- A calm, patient demeanor, especially in high-stress situations.
- Excellent, clear communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable, safe transportation.
- Background check required.
