Montgomery Ave-HOURLY Resources for Human Development - 3.3 Philadelphia, PA Job Details Part-time $16.50 an hour 15 hours ago Benefits Paid training Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Retirement plan Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Part Time 24 Hours Sun & Mon 7am-3pm, Sat 3pm-11pm (24hrs) Position Summary Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) provide supervision and hands-on support to individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities and behavioral health needs in community-based residential settings. DSPs support daily living skills, community integration, and person-centered goals while ensuring safety and dignity. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support individuals per person-centered ISP Assist with daily living activities (meals, hygiene, toileting) Administer medications (as trained) Provide transportation and support community integration Complete required documentation Collaborate with clinical and residential staff Perform other assigned duties What We Offer Trauma-informed, values-based work environment Paid training and on-the-job support Tuition discounts and scholarship opportunities Medical, dental, and vision benefits (eligible staff) Retirement savings plan Generous paid time off Qualifications High School diploma or GED is required, associates or bachelor's degree is preferred Basic computer and internet literacy with the ability to utilize applications like emails, time recording and other programs to enter and retrieve data as necessary to perform the essential functions of the job.
