We are currently hiring experienced Home Health Aides (HHAs) with strong communication skills. Spanish-speaking candidates are highly encouraged to apply.

Your Responsibilities:

Provide personal care support such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and light housekeeping Monitor and report changes in the client's condition Follow care plans developed by care coordinators Ensure accurate documentation (EVV required) Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to safety protocols Arrive to assignments on time and communicate with office staff as needed Provide companionship and emotional support

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years or older Minimum 2 years of home care or caregiving experience preferred Spanish fluency preferred High school diploma or equivalent Strong verbal and written communication skills Reliable transportation required CPR certification a plus Must be professional, dependable, and self-directed

Work Location:

Client homes throughout Philadelphia, PA 19124 and surrounding neighborhoods This is an in-person position requiring travel to client locations.
