Aide Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain effective and professional communication and a strong relationship with Clients and their family members Provide personalized in-home support to senior Clients Help Clients with all personal care needs Help keep Clients' environment clean and organized Remind Client to take self-administered medications

Aide Job Requirements:

CPR Certificate (preferred) Current Physical and TB Test (preferred) Work authorization (preferred) Driver's license Team player with great communication skills Must be able to deal effectively with the demands of a home health aide position. Prior experience is a HUGE plus!

Aide Compensation & Benefits:

Flexible Schedule Successful applicants will meet the following requirements: You must have a minimum of six months of paid senior caregiving experience OR one of the following certifications:

CNA, HHA

Must be 21 years or older.
