Position Details Caseload :

1:1 or small group student support (K-12)

Schedule :

Monday -

Friday Hours :

30-40 hours/week

Dates :

August 2026 - May 2027

Location :

Onsite in Pittsburgh, PA schools Responsibilities Assist students with daily living activities, mobility, feeding, and hygiene needs Support students in the classroom and throughout the school day Follow care plans and behavior support strategies as directed by school staff or medical team Document services and report observations to relevant team membersPromote student safety, independence, and dignity Collaborate with educators, therapists, and nurses as part of a student support team Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required

MUST HAVE

experience working with children or students with special needs Ability to follow medical, behavioral, or personal care protocols Dependable, patient, and compassionate Excellent communication and collaboration skills Must pass background check and school-specific onboarding requirement Why Join Sage Connections?
