Direct Support Professional TriSource - 3.9 Reading, PA Job Details Part-time | Full-time $18 an hour 5 hours ago Qualifications CPR Certification BLS Certification Assisting with ADLs High school diploma or GED Driver's License First Aid Certification First aid and CPR Full Job Description TriSource is looking for Full-Time and Part-Time Direct Support Professionals in the Reading/Chester County area!

Schedules:

Alternating weekly schedules - Morning, afternoon, evening, and AON shifts available

Requirements:

Valid Driver's license and clean driving record Have TB test and Physical exam within the past 12 months Criminal background check

CPR and First Aid High School Diploma or GED Job Responsibilities:

Assist with activities of daily living such as cooking meals, laundry, and cleaning. Transport individuals to appointments and fun activities. Maintain documentation of daily activities using an online system. Effectively communicate with other team members and/or family members. Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds. Many different shifts are available facility operates 24/7. #IND1
