In this position, you would work directly with individuals in residential homes and help support their daily lives. Depending on the needs of the individuals you're supporting, that could include helping with daily living activities, community outings, appointments, meal preparation, medication reminders, companionship, and encouraging independence. They're investing heavily in both their staff and the people they support. They're hiring more than 100 DSPs right now because they want to build a stronger team and ensure they have enough staff to provide quality care and support.
