The Mansion at Rosemont in Bryn Mawr, PA, a HumanGood community nationally rated as 2025-2026 by U.S. News & World Report as "Best Assisted Living" and "Best Independent Living" is hiring a Part-time/PRN Resident Care Assistant to join our team! This position does not require a CNA certificate. No experience is necessary. We welcome applicants at all levels and various industry backgrounds, we are willing to train the right candidate! Under general supervision, the Resident Assistant provides assistance in the personal care and protection of the residents in the assisted living level of care. 3PM - 11PM, every other weekend and holiday rotation Pay range: $16.50+ per hour, base pay, with an additional $1 per hour shift differential on weekends To be successful in the role, you would have: Prior experience working with seniors High school diploma, or equivalent What's in it for you?
