Patient Care Assistant, Med/Surg - 16848

AS A PATIENT CARE ASSISTANT

, you'll be relied upon for prioritizing patient needs in order to assure their continuing comfort while providing direct and indirect supportive nursing care on our Med/Surg Unit.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent or active enrollment in a health assistant program at a vocational school required Previous patient care experience or completion of one semester in a healthcare related field preferred Current CPR certification required or must be obtained within 6 months of hire Must have Comprehensive Crisis Management certification or be obtained within 12 months of hire
