Job Description
J.T. Mummert Consulting LLC is seeking Companions/Direct Support Professionals to work in the Shippensburg area. Candidates will be working with a group of individuals with disabilities in their home to live a fulfilling and high quality of life. Candidates will help individuals engage in leisure activities, accomplish goals, and to support them in some hygiene tasks. Candidates will operate in a caregiving role in some capacity. Service note documentation and charting is required. Candidates must have a positive attitude, excellent work ethic, and operate well within a team. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, hiring for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift. Full-time employees get assistance with health/vision/dental insurance premiums, generous PTO, and holiday pay. All employees who work on holidays are paid at time and a half.
