Job Description

Direct Support Professional (Full-Time)
Locations:
Flexible (should be able to commute within Lower Bucks County)
Hours:
Full-Time (dayshift) At Potential Inc., we are committed to supporting individuals with Autism and intellectual or developmental disabilities in living meaningful, independent, and fulfilling lives. Our Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) play a key role in helping adults develop essential skills, participate in everyday activities, and engage within their communities. This full-time position offers competitive pay, consistent weekly hours (guaranteed up to 30 hours a week), one-on-one client support, and the opportunity to make a daily impact by fostering safety, independence, and personal growth. What You'll Do As a DSP Provide one-on-one support to adults with Autism or intellectual/developmental disabilities in private homes and community settings Assist with activities of daily living, skill-building, communication development, behavior reduction, and community integration Follow individualized support plans designed to meet each client's unique goals and needs Promote independence, safety, and well-being while building a positive and trusting client relationship Collect accurate data, write session notes, and complete required service logs and timesheets Utilize basic technology for documentation and communication Collaborate with your client's Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and incorporate feedback into future sessions Maintain client safety, confidentiality, and a supportive environment focused on personal progress Who Thrives as a Direct Support Professional?
