Pay:

$18/hour + Shift Differentials + $1,000

Sign-on Bonus Schedule:

Part-time, weekdaysevenings preferred

Location:

State College or Bellefonte, PA No experience needed. All training is paid! Get paid to help people with disabilities live more independently. You'll help with daily routines, outings, transportation, and building real relationships.

SchedulePay Starting pay:

$17/hour Additional $1/hour shift differentials available $600 sign-on/stay-on bonus, divided into quarterly payments Flexible scheduling (days, evenings, weekends) Paid Training! Overtime opportunities Required Qualifications 18+ years of age High School Diploma/GED Valid driver's license Ability to obtain required TB test and physical Ability to lift 50 pounds and assist with physical supports (lifting, bending, standing, etc.) Strong communication skills and ability to work independently Preferred (not required): Experience working with intellectual and developmental disabilities and autism (IDD/A) Experience in direct care, caregiving, behavioral health, or healthcare What You'll Do Help with everyday tasks (meals, routines, personal care) Support life skills and independence Spend time in the community (shopping, activities, appointments) Build real relationships and provide encouragement Create a safe, respectful environment Driving is part of the job You'll use your own car to take individuals to activities Mileage is reimbursed at $0.725 per mile Valid driver's license required Any increase in insurance costs can be reimbursed!
