Pay Rate:
$16.00-$16.50 Shifts 1st and 2nd Available 1st Shift can be: 7am-3pm 8am-4pm 9am-3pm 2nd

3pm-11pm US Medical Staffing is looking for compassionate, dependable, and purpose-driven individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) supporting individuals with intellectual, developmental, physical, and mental disabilities . Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Serve as both a caregiver and life coach , promoting independence and confidence Support activities of daily living such as personal care, meals, medication assistance, and social outings Help individuals communicate, express themselves, and build social connections Encourage participation in community activities, hobbies, and meaningful experiences Provide companionship, guidance, and emotional support Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping Document care and complete required reports (incident reports, behavioral data, medical forms, etc.) Provide full ADL support when needed, including feeding, bathing, mobility assistance, and incontinence care Adapt care based on individual needs, whether supporting mobile or non-mobile individuals Why This Work Matters You may help someone take their first independent trip to a store. US Medical Education, Training and Experience:
Minimum 1 year experience High School Diploma or Equivalent Valid CPR/First Aid Certification (preferred AHA or American Red Cross) Current Physical no older than 6 months Proof of
COVID-19
vaccine (including booster) Proof of PPD no older than 6 months, if you have a history of positive PPD you must provide a Chest X-Ray no older than 6 months Valid driver's license (Required) PA Criminal background check no later than 6 months Child Abuse Clearance PA Residency Statement Ability to exercise confidentiality and discretion pertaining to the work environment and maintain all HIPAA requirements. Clearances Required PA Crim PA Child Abuse CPR and First Aide Physical and TB Statement of Residency FBI if lived out of PA in last two years Active USM onboarding and Application State Mandatory training through Relias #
